Zhiyan was only in her thirties when her cartilage was so worn off that small pieces had broken off. The knee pain made it difficult for her to enjoy a happy family life. Surgery and physiotherapy did not help in reducing her pain. However, after attending the 8.5-Day Health and Happiness Retreat at Bodhi Meditation, her knee pain disappeared and she regained strength in her legs. She can now fully embrace a happy and active lifestyle with her two children and has a happy family life.
