Family Relationship

Jenny has had high cholesterol for more than ten years. Although she had been taking medication consistently for many years as instructed by her doctor, none of her cholesterol indicators could be lowered. Shortly after attending Bodhi Meditation’s Health & Happiness Retreat, she went for a routine checkup and was surprised to learn that all her cholesterol levels had dropped to the normal index. This had never happened before! Through the teachings of Grandmaster JinBodhi, Jenny learned to be grateful to her husband and to value him. The two used to be in constant conflict with each other, but now they have found respect and joy in each other’s companionship.

Working in a restaurant for more than a decade, standing for a long time and craning my neck to answer the phone, resulted in stiffness in my cervical and lumbar spine; irregular meals also led to digestive problems in the stomach and intestines; endocrine disorders caused a sleeping problem. After I started practicing Energy Bagua every day, my appetite became better, my cervical and lumbar spine were no longer stiff, and my cold hands and feet became warmer! The symptoms of endocrine disorders that caused my body to be hot and cold have all disappeared, and I could sleep the whole night! I sleep better, my temper is better, and my family relationships are better!

A severe heart condition left her very weak, and troubles in life made her irritable and gave her a bad temper. She also had no confidence in life. So what was her way out? By chance, she encountered Bodhi Meditation. After practicing meditation and listening to Grandmaster JinBodhi’s teaching, she changed her bad temper and her physical and mental health have improved. Even her marriage has become harmonious.
